Does this sound like you?

How do you know a smile makeover is right for you?

For years I have covered my mouth in photos because I do not like my smile.

My teeth are worn, discoloured and all different shapes.

Several things about my smile bother me at once and I do not know where to start.

I want a change, but I am afraid of fake-looking, overly white teeth.

I want to see a design first, and only then decide on treatment.

If any of these sounds like you, a smile makeover may be a good option. We agree the scope of changes after diagnostics and a digital design, and treatment only begins once you have accepted the plan.

The problem and the solution

How can we help?

The concerns that most often hold people back, and how we address them.

“I am afraid I will lose my own teeth.”

If keeping your own teeth matters to you: the aim of treatment is to keep as many of them as possible. First we treat, strengthen and rebuild your existing teeth, and we only extract a tooth when it cannot be saved.

“I do not know whether I will like the result.”

If you are worried about the result: we start with diagnostics and a digital smile design. You receive the plan with the order of procedures, timing and a cost estimate before treatment, and treatment only begins once you have accepted it.

“I am worried about pain.”

If you are worried about pain: procedures that could be unpleasant are carried out under local anaesthetic. If you feel anxious about your visit, tell us when you book and we will adjust the pace of treatment.

“I do not know how long it will take.”

If time matters to you: a simple makeover, such as whitening and veneers on a few teeth, can be completed within a month. A comprehensive restoration with orthodontics and implants takes a year or longer.

How does a makeover give you a beautiful smile and confidence?

A makeover improves the aesthetics of your smile - its aim is a natural-looking, beautiful smile that suits your facial features, age and expectations, with no artificial effect. Restored aesthetics and good function often translate into greater confidence and ease in everyday interactions. It is about a smile that works with your whole face and does not change your personality.

Dr Adrian Kiepuszewski

Hello, my name is Adrian Kiepuszewski. I will be the one looking after your treatment - from our first conversation, through each stage, to your check-up visits. I do not pass patients from one pair of hands to another; throughout your makeover you have one dentist who knows your case.

In the surgery I focus on a calm conversation and a clear explanation of every step. I want you to understand what I am proposing and why, and to decide without pressure - so that the smile suits you, not the other way round.

Very professional and friendly. A visit to the dentist can be a pleasant experience after all. The aligners are comfortable and hygienic, and week by week I can see my teeth straightening. I recommend it.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Kiepuszewski at Flow Dental Studio, and I can honestly say he is an exceptional dentist. Wisdom tooth extraction, which so many patients dread, took place in a comfortable atmosphere. Dr Adrian is not only extremely competent but also has a wonderful approach to patients, full of understanding and care. I also decided on aligner treatment. The doctor's precise work and professionalism mean the visits run smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. My smile looks better and better, and I know it was the best decision. I recommend him to anyone who dreams of straight teeth without pain or discomfort! The Flow Dental Studio practice itself also deserves a special mention. Modern equipment, a beautiful interior, a pleasant atmosphere and kind, courteous staff make patients feel looked after, and the visit becomes a much more pleasant experience. It is a place that cares not only about healthy teeth but also about the patient's wellbeing.

It is rare to find places where professionalism goes hand in hand with genuine empathy — but Flow Dental Studio is exactly that kind of place. I had the pleasure (yes, it really can be called that!) of being in Dr Adrian's care for a wisdom tooth extraction I had been dreading for a long time because of severe hypersensitivity. What sets Dr Adrian apart is not only his exceptional skill and precision, but above all his extraordinary respect for the patient's boundaries and feelings. Every gesture and every word – full of calm, understanding and attentiveness – made me feel cared for at every stage of the procedure. A procedure that had filled me with fear turned out to be an almost... soothing experience. No pain, no tension, and great attention to my mental and physical comfort. This is not just dentistry at the highest level — it is the art of creating a safe space in a place usually associated with stress. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Dr Adrian and the whole Flow Dental Studio team for making it possible to come to you anxious — and leave grateful and smiling.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about smile makeovers

Can’t see your question here? Call us or leave your number and we will call you back. +48 786 420 004 Leave your number
How long does a smile makeover take?
It depends on the plan and ranges from a few weeks to well over a year. A simple aesthetic makeover, such as whitening and veneers on a few teeth, can be completed within a month. A comprehensive reconstruction with orthodontics, implants and a healing period takes a year or longer.
Is a smile makeover painful?
Procedures that could be unpleasant are carried out under local anaesthetic, which limits pain. If you feel anxious about your visit, let us know when you book - we will adjust the pace and give you extra care.
Do all my teeth have to be removed for a makeover?
No. The aim of treatment is to keep as many of your own teeth as possible. First we treat, strengthen and rebuild your existing teeth, and we only extract a tooth when it cannot be saved.
How long does a smile makeover last?
Durability depends on the quality of the work and on hygiene. Porcelain veneers are estimated to last 10-15 years, and implants that have properly integrated with the bone serve for many years with good hygiene. Regular check-ups and careful hygiene make the result last longer.
How do I start a smile makeover in Gdynia?
You start your makeover with a consultation, during which we carry out diagnostics and a digital smile design. Based on these, we draw up an individual treatment plan with the order of procedures, timing and a cost estimate - treatment only begins once you have accepted it.
The first step

What happens at the consultation?

We start with a thorough assessment and showing you the result - you decide on treatment later, in your own time.

Book a consultation
  • 3D diagnostics - a TRIOS 5 scan and CT imaging to assess the situation accurately.
  • Smile design with a mock-up - you will see and try on the result before treatment.
  • An individual plan and quote - with the order of procedures and a cost estimate.
  • No obligation – you decide once you have seen the plan.

Thanks to Digital Smile Design, you will see the design before you start treatment.

The process can combine conservative dentistry, prosthodontics, implantology and orthodontics.

We agree the plan, timing and cost individually for each patient before treatment begins.

Treatment can be spread over convenient instalments.

Smile makeover

What is a smile makeover?

A smile makeover is an individually planned, multi-stage dental treatment process that aims to restore the health, function and appearance of your teeth. It is not a single procedure but a combination of procedures from different fields - from conservative dentistry and prosthodontics to implantology and orthodontics. At Flow Dental Studio we tailor the plan to the patient's individual needs, taking into account their expectations and facial features.

In modern dentistry, a makeover is sometimes synonymous with comprehensive bite reconstruction. This reconstruction process involves restoring the correct relationship between the upper and lower teeth and rebuilding the vertical height of the bite, which is often reduced by tooth wear.

Health and function

Why is a makeover more than aesthetics for your oral health?

A makeover is more than aesthetics, because it restores the health and proper function of your mouth. Treatment removes areas of decay, calms inflammation of the gums and periodontium and rebuilds the height of the bite. As a result, you regain full chewing and speech function, not just your appearance.

A makeover is worth considering when individual procedures are not enough - most often with:

  • pathological tooth wear and bruxism, which reduce the height of the bite,
  • missing teeth leading to bone loss and overloading of the remaining teeth,
  • occlusal disease, with headaches, clicking in the temporomandibular joints and gum recession,
  • extensive discolouration, irregularly shaped teeth and a diastema.

Some of these problems involve the soft tissues - the gums and periodontium - which we treat together with the teeth.

Before you start treatment

First a design for a beautiful smile, then treatment

You do not have to imagine anything. First we plan and show you your new smile, and you see and try on the result before you make a decision.

What is digital smile design?

Digital Smile Design is the stage at which a three-dimensional design of your new smile is created in software such as Exocad, based on scans and photographs. You see it on screen before treatment and have a real say in how it looks - you can give feedback and ask for changes. We tailor the design to your facial features and your personality.

How can you try on your new smile before treatment?

You can try on your new smile with a mock-up - a trial smile made of composite materials that we place over your teeth without grinding them down. You can see it live in the mirror and in photos, assess how it looks and its proportions, and only then decide on treatment. A mock-up is reversible and lets you make an informed decision.

What does comprehensive diagnostics before a makeover involve?

Comprehensive diagnostics before a makeover include a digital 3D intraoral scan with a TRIOS 5 scanner, facial photographs and radiology - a panoramic X-ray and a CBCT scan (NewTom Giano HR). Based on these, the dentist plans the whole treatment process and its sequence. Careful planning makes it possible to predict the course of treatment and carry out each stage without surprises.

Treatments we offer

What can a smile makeover in Gdynia include?

We tailor the scope to your clinical situation - from improving the appearance of visible teeth to replacing missing ones.

Which treatments does aesthetic dentistry include in a makeover?

In a makeover, aesthetic dentistry improves the appearance of the visible teeth - correcting colour, shape and minor imperfections. It most often includes:

  • porcelain veneers - thin porcelain shells bonded to the front surface of the teeth, changing their colour, shape and length,
  • dental bonding - a restoration with composite resin shaped in the mouth, used to close a diastema and repair minor damage to the biting edge,
  • professional whitening - lightening the colour of the teeth, often the first step of a makeover.
What does prosthetic work involve in a makeover?

Prosthetic work rebuilds teeth damaged by decay or injury and replaces missing teeth. We choose the type of prosthetic work to suit the clinical situation, and in a makeover we use:

  • dental crowns - fitted on a damaged tooth or an implant, restoring shape, colour and function,
  • dental bridges - replacing one or more missing teeth, supported on abutment teeth or implants,
  • posts and cores and fibreglass-reinforced restorations - strengthening a tooth after root canal treatment,
  • inlays, onlays and overlays - tissue-sparing porcelain or composite restorations for back teeth.
How are missing teeth replaced with implant treatment?

In implant treatment, an implant - a titanium post - replaces the root of a lost tooth in the upper or lower jawbone. Once it has fused with the bone (osseointegration, usually 3-6 months), the implant becomes the base for a dental crown, which rebuilds the visible part of the tooth. Implants prevent bone loss, do not require healthy neighbouring teeth to be ground down and are very comfortable to use.

When teeth need straightening, the makeover is preceded by orthodontics - clear aligners move the teeth into position in the dental arch and create the conditions for prosthetic work. You can find more about implants themselves on the dental implants page.

Who gets new teeth from a makeover?

A makeover means new teeth when there is extensive tooth loss or complete toothlessness. With complete toothlessness, we base the restoration on implants, and missing teeth can also be replaced with dental bridges or cast partial dentures. When the natural teeth are still present, a makeover rebuilds and strengthens your own teeth - we only extract a tooth when it cannot be saved or poses a risk to your general health.

Teeth in one day

Is a smile makeover the same as teeth in one day?

A smile makeover is not the same as teeth in one day, although the two can be combined. We provide teeth in one day through our own Kiss&Flow procedure - an implant treatment in which a temporary bridge is fitted on the implants on the same day, and the final restoration is fitted once healing is complete. The procedure is intended for patients with no teeth at all or with teeth that need to be extracted, while a makeover is a broader process that also includes people who still have their own teeth.
