For patients - your first visit to Flow Dental Studio in Gdynia
Everything worth knowing before and after your visit: how to prepare, what to bring, what treatment involves, how to look after your teeth after a procedure and where to find our terms and conditions.
What happens at your first visit to Flow Dental Studio?
Your first consultation is time for you - a conversation about your expectations, a review of your medical history and an initial clinical assessment, ending with a suggestion for further tests or a plan of action.
You book by phone, through the form or in the online calendar. From then on, a patient coordinator looks after you.
You get a brief introduction to the Studio, and the dentist talks to you about your expectations and medical history.
A TRIOS scan, studio photography and, if needed, a CT scan.
We explain the plan in plain language, with visualisations and time for questions - with no pressure.
Someone to guide you through your whole treatment
From the moment you register, you have a personal patient coordinator who supports you throughout the process and looks after your comfort from the first visit to the last.
- arranges appointments and sends reminders,
- prepares documents and coordinates tests,
- passes your questions on to the dental team,
- helps arrange travel and accommodation, if you need it.
